Mô tả công việc
- Collating all the information needed to complete the clearance, ensuring all information added is corrected and accurate, following Vietnam Custom requirements
- Follows all relevant Custom clearance procedure so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Follow day to day operation related to own jobs in the custom clearance to ensure continuity of work
- Prepare and follow up custom duty document requirements, such as permission & exemptions
- Follow up with customs for refund of duties
- Follow up with supplier/shipper for required documents
- Manage all documents in relation to custom clearance.
- Coordinate with concerned departments regarding the shipment
- Prepare shipment status, update and reports.
- Request quotation & rates from local & international forwarder
- Communicating with forwarder for shipment pick up
- Tracing the shipments to the final destination (yard-warehouse)
- Follow up exemptions issue with forwarder
- Handling export file
- Responsible for any claim of delay in shipping
- Liquidation.
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
- Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification.
- Perform purchasing tasks fully utilising and developing existing company supply chain operating systems
- Interpret, understand, and conduct procurement and logistics business under localised conditions, within local law and statutory regulation.
- Coordinate timely and cost effective supply according to schedule
- Monitor report and act on vendor failure including part supply, back order, defective material and equipment, missing parts, freight and cartage issues, customs and clearance issues, and late supply.

Knowledge:
Knowledge of both national and international procedures for receiving or delivering goods.
Understanding of domestic and world economy.
Knowledge of standard regulations that go along with various domestic and international protocols
Extensive knowledge of Vietnamese customs laws, rules and regulations.
Relevant technical knowledge, expertise and ability.
Understanding of regional and international supply networks
Knowledge of various transportation modes, transportation providers and ability to communicate relevant shipment information to those parties
Knowledge of import and export regulations, domestic transportation modes and pricing methodology.
Strong Knowledge of Export Documentation requirements.
Working knowledge of regulations as they relate to Air and Ocean exports.
Knowledge of expediting protocols and the importance of receiving deliveries on time.
Liquidation in Customs Field
Qualifications/:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Foreign Trade or equivalent.
Variety of courses in business, including global business management, documentation, foreign trade, shipping, customs procedures and import/export management.
Have exposure, 3-7 years of experience and knowledge on entire worldwide logistics operation and documentation, also purchasing field.
Being fluent in English.
Skills
Strong communications skills and basic computer skills
Analysis and presentation of statistical information in classified manner.
Maintain high level of accuracy concerning customs procedures and avoiding penalties.Meeting import/export deadlines
Experience (if any):
· Have at least 03 years of experience at logistics, candidates have experience of logistics and purchasing are preferred.
