Vacuum carburizing furnace is an improved gas carburizing process. The carburizing pressure is much lower than atmospheric pressure. The typical pressure range is 300-2500pa. The process features are as follows

It can also be a continuous type, which is composed of several heating carburizing chambers, gas quenching chamber, oil quenching chamber, inlet and outlet chamber, vacuum system, workpiece automatic transportation system, etc. it is suitable for mass production. In addition, it is very simple to start and shut down the furnace. It only takes 0.5h for each furnace to start to work.
